01 Is the ZakFarm Box a subscription?

Yes. ZakFarm Boxes are available as recurring subscriptions only. There is no one-time purchase option. Your subscription renews automatically according to your selected delivery schedule until canceled.

02 How often can I receive my box?

You can choose delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. Select the schedule that best matches how quickly your household uses its farm favorites.

03 What box sizes are available?

Choose a Small Box with 8 products for $179, a Medium Box with 11 products for $239 or a Large Box with 14 products for $289. Shipping is calculated separately.

04 Can I choose every product in my box?

Yes. All three box sizes use the same shared assortment. You choose the combination of A2 dairy, farm cheese, syrniki, meats, prepared foods and other ZakFarm favorites that works for your household.

05 Can I add several units of the same product?

Yes. You can add multiple units of your favorite products. Each unit counts as one selection toward the total number of products in your box.

06 What kinds of products can I choose?

The assortment includes more than 50 choices, including A2 dairy products, farm cheese, butter, matsoni, sour cream, syrniki, meats, sausages, vareniki, pelmeni, khinkali, Ossetian pies and traditional sweets.

07 When are recurring orders processed?

Recurring subscription orders are processed on Friday. Orders processed by the Friday cutoff are expected to arrive the following week. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary.

08 How is my order shipped?

ZakFarm orders are cold-packed and shipped through Fedex and Zakfarm delivery. Shipping is calculated separately during checkout.

09 Will I receive a reminder before renewal?

Yes. A reminder is scheduled to be sent 3 days before your recurring subscription renewal.

10 Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Your subscription continues until canceled. Review the subscription terms shown at checkout for the applicable cancellation timing and instructions.

Product availability and estimated delivery dates may vary according to production, weather and carrier conditions.
